Requirements

  • 5+ years of related manufacturing or production experience (quality management experience is a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead, supervise, train, and get results through others
  • A track record of balancing safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee relations
  • A continuous-improvement and systems mindset, with strong attention to detail
  • Solid problem-solving and inventory-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative team player who’s comfortable with computers and everyday business tools
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment—mostly office-based, with time on the production floor where PPE such as safety glasses and hearing protection is required in some areas
