Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Bakery Associates in daily tasks, fostering a culture of clear communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Enforce company standards for recipes, production processes, inventory control, and raw ingredient ordering.
• Act as the primary liaison between the production and finishing teams to streamline workflow and maintain quality control.
• Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, cleanliness, and safety guidelines across all work areas.
• Perform additional operational duties as needed to support business priorities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong foundational knowledge of cake mixing, baking, and decorating/finishing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
