Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel. Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance. Ensure production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets are met. Oversee production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. Develop and maintain operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze production data and implement solutions to improve performance. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant manufacturing environment. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing leadership or production management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with employee coaching, scheduling, and performance management. Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
