About the role
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations, including scheduling, quality control, and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage production tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in production management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
