Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the production team
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Oversee production scheduling and workflow planning
- Optimize resources to meet production targets
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Implement and enforce workplace safety procedures
- Monitor production costs and identify savings opportunities
- Track key performance indicators and report results
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong team-building and people development skills
- A collaborative leadership style that engages employees
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
