As a Production Manager, you will join a team that makes a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Visit work sites and direct production schedules
• Solicit new business while maintaining existing business
• Support the Branch Manager in improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability
• Manage a team and monitor job activities
• Interview, hire, onboard, manage, and develop team members
• Solicit new business at required margin levels
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferred in construction/installation/trades
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Pay

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Variable compensation may apply.

Schedule

Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by job demand.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions
• Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties
