About the role

The Machine Packer is an entry-level position for candidates looking to start a career with a stable company. Machine Packers are responsible for packing and inspecting top-quality bubble mailers and providing feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator. The Packer is the last set of eyes that reviews our finished product, ensuring our quality standards are met so customers receive the product they deserve.

Responsibilities

• Pack and inspect bubble mailers
• Provide feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator
• Interpret stacking diagrams and pack product accordingly
• Maintain high quality standards for finished products

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history (desired)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis
