About the Role

The Machine Packer is an entry‑level position that serves as the final quality checkpoint for top‑quality bubble mailers. Packers are responsible for packing, inspecting, and providing feedback to the Machine Operator to ensure customers receive products that meet PAC’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack and inspect bubble mailers according to stacking diagrams.
• Provide feedback and assistance to the Machine Operator.
• Act as the last set of eyes on finished products to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing work history (desired).
• Ability to interpret stacking diagrams and pack product accordingly.
• Capable of lifting 50 lb from floor to waist on a regular basis.

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $16.65 per hour, with weekly pay.
