Production Machine Operators

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Machine Operators to join our production team in a fast-paced cup manufacturing environment. Operators are responsible for monitoring production lines, packing finished product, performing quality checks, and supporting general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Available Shifts

• Offset – First Shift: Monday–Thursday 6:00am–4:30pm
• Paper – First Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00am–4:30pm
• Foam – First Shift: 4:00am–4:00pm Rotating 4-day / 3-day schedule No weekends
• Foam – Second Shift: 4:00pm–4:00am Rotating 4-day / 3-day schedule No weekends

Responsibilities

• Catch sleeves of cups as they come off the production line
• Pack cups into boxes according to production standards
• Perform continuous quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Break down boxes and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse and housekeeping tasks
• Follow all safety guidelines and report issues promptly

• Able to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift, bend, and move materials as needed

Pay

Starting Pay is $15.00 an hour
