Production Machine Operator (3rd shift - $1.50 Shift Diff.)

About the role

As a Production Machine Operator at IDC Spring, you will work in the manufacturing of garage door springs across departments such as spring commercial, conveyor, winding, coning, and stenciling. Your duties include setting up and operating equipment, performing quality checks on springs and component parts, and handling clean‑up, loading/unloading, cutting, and other general production tasks as needed.

• Set up and operate production equipment

• Work in spring commercial, conveyor, winding, coning, and stenciling departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency using hand and measurement tools
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through skills
• Dependability and willingness to learn
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay

Team members are paid weekly. The target hourly pay range is $18.00 – $21.00, depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending on shift and location.
