About the role

Prysmian is the world leader in solutions for energy and digital connections, developing resilient, high-performing, sustainable, and innovative cable systems for the transmission, power grid, electricity and digital solutions. From underground and submarine cables and systems for power transmission and distribution, to medium low voltage cables for the construction and infrastructure sectors, we keep the lights on. We also produce a comprehensive range of optical fibers, copper cables and connectivity for voice, video, and data transmission connecting the world.

Shifts

  • $2 night shift premium available

Schedule

  • 12 hour 2-2-3 Schedule: 7:30AM – 7:30PM
  • 12 hour 2-2-3 Schedule: 7:30PM – 7:30AM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse roles (within the last 7 years)
  • Ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screening
  • Visual ability to distinguish 12 basic colors
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manually roll reels up to 800 lbs (with or without accommodation)
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with physical movement (stooping, bending, standing, sitting)

Preferred

  • Proficiency in basic calculations and measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges)
  • Full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers
