About the role
As a Production Line Operator, you will perform routine tasks essential to maintaining efficient and safe operations in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, and ready or put away tools as assigned.
- Closely follow directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
- Perform routine property care activities and non-technical tasks at the plant.
- Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
- Report any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
- Follow safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Skills
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
- Ability to work in a variety of roles.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will be $17.50. Offers may vary based on market data and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
