About the role
Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with anti-discrimination laws.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and anti-discrimination regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
