About the role

Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with anti-discrimination laws.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and hire qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and providing guidance on workplace issues.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including anti-discrimination regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Knowledge of employment law and anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.

Pay

$75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
