Reports To: Custom Program Manager
Location: Morganton, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | 40 Hours per Week

PATH is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custom Line Operator to join our Custom Program team. This entry-level role supports the production of custom-branded PATH bottles by operating and monitoring equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring customer orders are produced accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and wants to build a career in manufacturing and operations.Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment used to produce custom-branded aluminum bottles.
- Load materials and monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform quality inspections to verify graphics, print quality, and product specifications.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to supervisors.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and basic maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support team members and help meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Ability to work safely around production equipment.
