Production Line Lead - 3rd Shift

About the role

As a Line Lead, you will help keep the production line running smoothly while supporting your team and maintaining high standards for safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations.
• Cookshift changes, staffing, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards.
• Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Aid in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Clear communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from freezer areas to the production floor
