What You'll Do The Production Lead Second Shift ( 3pm-1:30am ) is responsible for leading daily production activities while performing hands-on manufacturing and assembly work. This role supports production operations by coordinating workflow, assisting with complex production tasks, maintaining quality standards, and providing guidance and training to team members. The Lead Production Associate serves as a technical resource on the production floor and works closely with supervisors to ensure production goals, safety standards, and customer commitments are achieved.
