About the role
Lead a team of production workers to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes are maintained on the second shift.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Resolve production issues and coordinate with supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they understand the production process and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
