2nd shift Production Lead
Job Description
The Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing the production process in a manufacturing environment. They will be required to operate powered industrial equipment and have a thorough understanding of production equipment. The Production Lead will need to interpret and translate standard operating procedures and ensure that all applicable OSHA and environmental regulations are being followed. They will need to be willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends if required. The Production Lead will need to be proficient in general computer knowledge and have the ability to perform basic math. They will need to be able to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment. Overall, the Production Lead will play a critical role in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. They will need to be able to communicate effectively with other team members and be able to lead by example.
Skills
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment
- Basic English reading/writing skills
- Work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
- Willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends if required
- Ability to interpret and translate standard operating procedures
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- Able to perform basic math
- Able to adapt to and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
3:30pm - 2:00am Monday through Thursday with occasional overtime on Friday.
