Job Summary
Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line.
Job Duties
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees
- Assigning plant operations during shift
- Maintain employee and product safety
- Monitor usages and paperwork

Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, climb stairs on a frequent basis
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a frequent basis
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing

- Overtime/Weekends: 3rd Shift: 10:00PM to 6:30AM
