Production Lead I - Packaging - 3rd Shift

Job Summary

Demonstrate leadership abilities and train production employees on assigned line while coordinating quality checks. Responsible for meeting production schedules and maintaining employee and product safety.

Job Duties

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and will be responsible for training and directing 12-40 employees
• Assign plant operations during shift
• Maintain employee and product safety
• Monitor usages and paperwork

• Ensure collaborative relationships with industry, trade, other associations, regulatory agencies and Hearthside staff.
• Proficiency In MS Office Suite and some SAP

Work Environment

Work is primarily done in a production setting. Frequent production environment exposure includes noise, dust, moving machinery, fork lifts, and fluctuations in temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, climb stairs on a frequent basis
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
