Production Lead

About the role

This full-time position involves operating equipment and supporting production processes in a diverse facility. You will perform lead activities, troubleshoot issues, maintain safety standards, record inventory and production data, and operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts.

The role requires adherence to safety policies, working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, and performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at elevated areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with safety policies
• Perform lead activities and support team learning
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure efficient operations
• Record inventory and production data accurately
• Operate mobile powered equipment, including forklifts

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Able to communicate in English
• Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working at elevated areas
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude
• At least 3 years of production experience
