Responsibilities
- Define and establish production standards, workflows, and best practices across Brand & Creative
- Oversee production planning and execution across campaigns, launches, product work, and ongoing initiatives
- Lead production on high-impact work, including campaigns, films, events, and key brand moments
- Manage and evolve the ecosystem of external agencies, studios, and production partners
- Scope projects, define production approaches, and allocate internal and external resources
- Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Ops to align production with direction, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the expected level of quality
- Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and production negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal
- Build and scale production capabilities, including hiring and managing producers over time
- Provide direction and oversight to internal producers and production partners
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and production quality across the organization
- Drive visibility and clarity across production timelines, risks, and dependencies
Requirements
- 7–9+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, or brand production roles
- Strong experience producing campaigns, films, digital work, and integrated brand initiatives
- Experience managing external agencies, production companies, and vendor ecosystems
- Strong understanding of production workflows across design, motion, film, digital, and experiential
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation at scale
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to translate creative direction into clear production plans and execution
- Experience both producing work hands-on and leading or mentoring other producers
- Strong organizational and operational thinking
- Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
