Production Lead

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Supervisor in the direct oversight, supervision, training, development, and support of production and material handling employees.
• Work closely and directly with all shift employees, spending substantial time on the plant floor.
• Lead by example and be directly responsible for improving safety, quality, teamwork, performance, and achieving all production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
• Satisfactory completion of training courses as determined by management.
