Production Lead

The Production Lead position at Newell Brands is responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize supply chain performance.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate with logistics to minimize downtime and maximize output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
