Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of Company safety, health, and environmental programs for employees.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed and the environment is fully protected.
- Commitment to the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures.
- Adequately follow directions from Supervisor or Manager(s).
- Coordinate with department supervisor on shift schedule and instruction.
- Delegate schedule and needs to machine operators.
- Maintain inventory levels of parts, materials, and tools needed.
- Report to Supervisor(s) if tasks delegated are not carried out correctly.
- Communicate any issues that arise effectively to Supervisor(s).
- Ensure safe operation of machines and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Handle assorted projects when tasked.
- Perform checklist duties daily.
- Adhere to PPE standards.
Requirements
- Math skills and ability to read a standard ruler.
- Ability to operate material handling and tools required to perform tasks.
- Must be flexible – OT and weekend are required as needed.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent trade school.
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Preferred experience in making dampers.
- Leadership roles.
- Physical requirements: Must be in good physical condition, able to stand and/or bend for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and have good hand/eye coordination.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent trade school.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Skills: Ability to operate a forklift and/or material handling equipment, 2-3 years preferred experience in making dampers.
- Qualifications: Leadership roles, physical requirements as mentioned above.

- Compensation: Hourly non-exempt role with a starting pay range between $17.00-$26.00 /hour, eligible for overtime.
