Production Lead

About the role

The Production Lead will supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and production goals. Will be resolving production challenges, and supporting a high-performance team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders; assign tasks accordingly
• Supervise production staff and ensure adherence to company policies
• Maintain time and production records
• Train employees on safety protocols, equipment handling, and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow
• Ensure proper handling and management of hazardous waste
• Participate in projects and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalence
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Pass pre-employment background and drug test
• Meet ITAR requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule

5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday plus daily overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
