Responsibilities

• Coordinates work direction for direct labor.
• Works with the planner/scheduler to understand daily schedules and assure production lines are balanced to achieve requirements.
• Performs and demonstrates all manufacturing procedures after training and trains operators on manufacturing procedures.
• Monitors route packets and data entry forms to assure they are filled out properly.
• Performs parts issuing at partial and milestone confirmation points.
• Monitors direct labor performance, quality workmanship, and attendance.
• Provides feedback to supervisory staff and direct labor.
• Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
• Exhibits professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company.
• Understands the critical-to-quality features of product lines and emphasizes their importance to patient safety.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience working with ISO13485 compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of Lean initiatives and ability to implement them effectively.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a timely manner, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated success in engaging the workforce, conflict management, and working in a team environment.
