Responsibilities
- Coordinates work direction for direct labor.
- Works with the planner/scheduler to understand daily schedules and assure production lines are balanced to achieve requirements.
- Performs and demonstrates all manufacturing procedures after training and trains operators on manufacturing procedures.
- Monitors route packets and data entry forms to assure they are filled out properly.
- Performs parts issuing at partial and milestone confirmation points.
- Monitors direct labor performance, quality workmanship, and attendance.
- Provides feedback to supervisory staff and direct labor.
- Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies.
- Exhibits professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company.
- Understands the critical-to-quality features of product lines and emphasizes their importance to patient safety.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience working with ISO13485 compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of Lean initiatives and ability to implement them effectively.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a timely manner, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated success in engaging the workforce, conflict management, and working in a team environment.
