What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety briefings to the team.
- Delegate and distribute personnel to ensure the on-time completion of tasks and orders.
- Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet specified quality standards, and address any deviations promptly.
- Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Proactively communicate effectively with the inventory control team to ensure the timely replenishment of stock on the line, preventing out-of-stock items and shorts.
- Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and effectively resolve issues that may impede the on-time and accurate delivery of customers' orders.
- Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership
