About the role
The Production Lead supports the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, meeting department goals, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors/managers in achieving departmental productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate work in a specific production area, meeting or exceeding quantity and quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Willingness to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Willingness to learn and use a computer/console for work activities.
- Willingness to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities.
