Responsibilities

• Create and manage buy plans by style and color across multiple manufacturing plants
• Prepare reports for monthly inventory reviews to ensure inventory aligns with business and financial goals
• Utilize vendor capacity to help meet seasonal production and delivery goals
• Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, Operations, and Asia-based sourcing teams to support product delivery and business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field
• 3+ years in inventory planning, business planning, or supply chain experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly organized and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• SAP/IBP, Power BI and Excel experience a plus
