Production Planner I

About the role

Mycronic USA is seeking a Production Planner I to join our team. This position is responsible for planning and scheduling production activities to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules in collaboration with other departments
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production timelines
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
