Responsibilities

• Install insulation in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Work as part of a small, dependable crew
• Perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions

Requirements

• Willingness to work in uncomfortable or tight spaces
• Ability to show up, work hard, and persevere through challenges
• No prior experience required—we’ll train the right person

Pay

$18–$25 per hour, based on experience, with a clear path to earn more as you learn.
