Production Group Lead, Shift 3 (Temp-Perm) Solar Edge

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cook up with the Manufacturing Supervisor and orchestrate line workload and staffing contingent on product priority.
• Make sure work adheres to or surpasses Jabil workmanship standards and keep a close eye on the CIQ system to rectify recurring and acknowledged issues promptly.
• Minimize changeover times by organizing and planning changeovers effectively.
• Reduce surplus materials on the floor; guarantee adequate stock and availability of operation supplies and equipment.
• Confirm that only precise, updated, and authorized documentation is accessible on the line.
• Inform or instruct employees about any discrepancies or modifications.
• Inform the Manufacturing Supervisor immediately concerning all employee-related issues, concerns, and recommendations.
• Pursue constant enhancement in all areas of responsibility.
• Ensure line personnel are thoroughly trained, certified, and executing their designated tasks.
• Motivate and challenge all line members to reach their maximum potential through direct and immediate formal and informal feedback.
• Track production and make certain all deadlines and schedules are met.
• Examine all pertinent policies and procedures issued to the line and guarantee that suitable employees read, comprehend, and comply with them.
• Adhere to all safety rules, utilize and ensure that workers use the necessary protective equipment.
• Ensure that the designated area is neat and organized.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations related to this position and as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company's security policy.

Minimum Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with two to six years of experience in a relevant Jabil production position; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing is highly preferred.
