Production - Foundation Repair & Structural Repair Foreman

About the role

Keystone Basement Systems is seeking an experienced Foundation Repair & Structural Repair Foreman to lead foundation repair projects throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in foundation repair, structural stabilization, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate can lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship, and safely complete projects that help homeowners protect their most valuable investment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on residential foundation repair and piering projects
• Operate and oversee the operation of heavy equipment used for excavation and pier installation
• Read project specifications and ensure work is completed to company standards
• Train and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and safety
• Communicate with homeowners and project managers throughout the installation process
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and with exceptional quality
• Maintain equipment, tools, and job site organization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in foundation repair, piering, structural stabilization, or related construction work
• Heavy equipment operating experience required (excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience in a construction environment
• Strong understanding of job site safety procedures
• Ability to read plans and follow installation specifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying conditions
