About the role

Ram Jack is a company dedicated to fixing foundations, lifting concrete, and stabilizing buildings. Our work is essential, especially since foundation issues are often hidden. As a result, we take pride in identifying the root cause, explaining it clearly, and ensuring our clients can trust the results.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead a 2 to 3-person crew
• Act as the foundation repair expert on-site
• Build trust through exceptional customer service
• Train the next generation of foundation repair professionals
• Set high standards for efficiency, safety, quality, and team dynamics
• Maintain a clean driving record and be authorized to work in the US

Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction experience
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US
