Production Floor Lead - Graveyard Shift

Responsibilities

• Able to understand and retain directions.
• Follows schedule and notifies scheduler and/or supervisor if there are issues with jobs.
• Able to multitask: racking and inspection for packaging complete jobs and/or partials if needed.
• Able to keep track of orders, counting of parts while putting them up and taking them down for accurate counts.
• Actively promotes team work and has a positive attitude and outlook.
• Is flexible and willing to do what's needed for team success.

Requirements

• Possess excellent small manual dexterity and able to lift 25 lbs for an 8‑hour shift.
• Able to use a computer for production entry, flooring in and out of jobs, printing travelers, making move tickets for partials.
• Able to communicate effectively with Plater, Planner and Supervisor.
• Background check and drug screen are required.

Pay

• Base wage: $23.00/hour.
• Shift differential: $1.65/hour (graveyard shift).

Schedule

• Graveyard Shift: Sunday 7:45 pm – 6:15 am; Monday‑Thursday 10:15 pm – 6:15 am.
