About the Role

At Ferrero, the PFA Manager reports to the Plant Controller and represents a pivotal role within the Finance Controlling function, acting as the focal point for quantitative performance management at Plant level and driving the analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production performance through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the focal point for quantitative production performance management, monitoring utilization, efficiency, and variances of production factors (materials, labor, machines, waste).
  • Develop, maintain, and validate production models to ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and alignment with real operational conditions.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze production KPIs, ensuring transparency, comparability, and reliability of performance data.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and SAF processes through KPI analysis, scenario modeling, and performance monitoring across the planning horizon.
  • Ensure coherence between production cycles, assumptions, and data within S&OP and planning systems.
  • Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, supporting prioritization and quantitative impact assessment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance drivers and supporting cost reduction actions.
  • Support the evaluation of investment and improvement projects by estimating performance impacts and monitoring related KPIs over time.

About You

  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years solid experience in manufacturing performance analysis, industrial controlling, or operations finance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good understanding of production processes, KPIs, and cost drivers.
  • Structured mindset, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP and performance management tools.

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $99,000 - 132,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
