Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately in maintenance logs.
- Work with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
- Participate in equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments to improve yield and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to keep skills up to date.
- Mentor junior technicians and support their development.
Qualifications
- PREFERED SKILLS:
- Associate's degree or a related technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a relevant field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech environment is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict protocols.
Pay
The hourly base salary range for this position is $35.70- $52.00Schedule
SHIFT OPTIONS- 2nd-- Monday thru Thursday 3pm to 1:30am
- 4th--Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm to 6:30am
- 5th--Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am to 6:30pm
