Production Equipment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Document maintenance and repair activities accurately in maintenance logs.
  • Work with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Participate in equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments to improve yield and efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to keep skills up to date.
  • Mentor junior technicians and support their development.

Qualifications

  • PREFERED SKILLS:
    • Associate's degree or a related technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or a relevant field.
    • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-tech environment is preferred.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.
    • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict protocols.

Pay

The hourly base salary range for this position is $35.70- $52.00

Schedule

SHIFT OPTIONS
  • 2nd-- Monday thru Thursday 3pm to 1:30am
  • 4th--Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm to 6:30am
  • 5th--Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am to 6:30pm
