Required Skills

• 10+ years of production engineering experience, preferably in Hainesville or Eagleford Shale plays
• Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and capitalize on production opportunities
• Excellent communication skills for effective field collaboration
• Proven ability to assess economic impacts and improve asset profitability

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience working in a field office environment
• Familiarity with economic analysis and production optimization tools
• Previous experience mentoring younger engineers or team members

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Extensive hands-on experience within shale asset operations and development

Schedule

• Ability to work a 5/2 schedule, flexible to support Monday to Sunday operations
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed

Pay

• Valid driver's license; mileage reimbursement at IRS rate (.76/mile)
