Responsibilities
- Interpret design intent packages and execute working drawings for quoting, production, and fabrication.
- Prepare design intent (Design-Build) and working drawings for client approval.
- Prepare artwork and digital files for production.
- Calculate takeoffs and prepare bills of materials.
- Execute quality reviews in various stages of our workflow.
- Perform other tasks in the Design and Engineering Department as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience with CorelDraw.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite as well as standard Office software.
- Knowledge of technical drawing conventions and symbols.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of materials including acrylic and aluminum.
- Understanding of fabrication methods and processes.
- Ability to read architectural plans and construction documentation.
- 4 years of experience working in the signage and graphics or custom fabrication field(s).
- A 2-Year college degree or equivalent certification.
Qualifications And Experience
- Inventor, AutoCAD, Solidworks, SketchUp.
- CNC Routing and toolpath strategy.
- Large Format Printing and Prepress/Preflight Processes.
- Screen printing & color matching.
