Production Data & Inventory Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Collect and review production data for entry into Oracle, updating inventory, BOM, and other Oracle documents.
- Ensure accuracy of in-plant inventory through meticulous maintenance of Oracle data, inventory records, and transactions.
- Audit and investigate inventory discrepancies, make corrections, or escalate issues beyond assigned scope.
- Coordinate and assist with regular plant inventory checks, including conducting warehouse inventory audits and reporting findings.
- Reconcile and troubleshoot raw material discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse management and personnel.
- Provide administrative support as required.
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet production schedules and reporting deadlines.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle, and ERP.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 0-1 years of related experience.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
