Production and Inventory Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

• Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions.
• Maintains work in process by monitoring and analyzing it.
• Updates status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability.
• Solves or reports problems and discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes.
• Collaborates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Ability to lift 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Currently have or are able to obtain a forklift license.
• 1+ years of aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years’ experience working with the ERP (ERPLN) application.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 1+ years’ experience working with SAT (Shipside Action Tracker).
• 1+ years’ experience and system knowledge of BESSy (Boeing Enterprise Shipping System).
• 1+ years’ experience utilizing the Crib Master application.
• 1+ years’ working knowledge of inventory systems such as KITS, Velocity, and Order Manager.
