What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison between the internal team and overseas factories
- Track production status and communicate requirements clearly to manufacturing partners
- Monitor the production pipeline from order placement through delivery
- Identify potential delays or quality issues before they escalate
- Cook with internal stakeholders to keep timelines on track
Required Qualifications
- Experience in production coordination, production management, or a related supply chain role
- Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners or factories
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in office five days a week in New York, NY
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in apparel, textiles, or children's products manufacturing
- Familiarity with production tracking or ERP systems
- Experience working across time zones with international vendors
Compensation And Benefits
- $60,000 to $85,000 per year
