Production Coordinator 2nd Shift

About the role

Almac Group is seeking a Production Coordinator - 2nd Shift for its Durham, NC location. The Production Coordinator will oversee production personnel, perform and inspect operations in the packaging area at Almac Clinical Services to ensure product quality for patient safety, well‑being, and protection.

Schedule

Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Accept and perform a leadership role while in packaging rooms.
• Organize layout of production operations to ensure efficient and secure processing relative to written requirements.
• Package material as detailed in the batch document in accordance with Almac Clinical Services SOPs and cGMPs.
• Perform reconciliation of material/labels used during an operation and ensure all material is returned to the warehouse upon job completion.
• Maintain operational efficiency to meet scheduled customer target dates and ensure batch records are completed properly for dispatch at job completion.
• Ensure operators are working efficiently while maintaining quality within the product.
• Undertake additional duties of specific projects designated by supervisory/management staff, in conjunction with normal Production Coordinator duties.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of one year of working experience.
• Preferred: 2‑year degree; some pharmaceutical packaging experience.
