Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving building goals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of merchandise to our Stores and Guests.
• Help educate executives on the importance of accurately staffing their teams, balanced freight flow, and aid in problem solving for positive daily and weekly financial results.
• Maintain plans and work in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balanced.
• Ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments.
• Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddles.
• Develop business plans using trends and reporting tools to identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impact KPIs.

Requirements

• A four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, including clear and effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to access all levels and areas of the facility.
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

Schedule

As a Production Controller, you will work standard full-time hours.
