Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in staffing, planning, and achieving building goals to ensure the accurate and timely processing of merchandise to our Stores and Guests.
  • Help educate executives on the importance of accurately staffing their teams, balanced freight flow, and aid in problem solving for positive daily and weekly financial results.
  • Monitor plans and work in-process backlogs to consider impacts of future planning and staffing to keep the building balanced.
  • Ensure the key is adequately staffed and trained to meet throughput commitments.
  • Lead and facilitate all operational Management System huddles.
  • Participate in the development of business plans, using trends and reporting tools to help identify and drive areas of opportunity within the building to positively impact KPIs.

Requirements

  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
  • Basic PC skills
  • Ability to access all levels and areas of the facility
  • Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others

Pay

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
