Production Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee Inventory Control, including verification of inventory amounts for mass production, service, and new models, aligned with customer/production demand and supplier/internal capacity (raw material, components, products, supplies, power equipment, packaging).
• Obtain, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide forecasts for plant resource planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, monitoring and reacting to demand changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring and controlling supplier activities.
• Collaborate closely with the team, coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate and process Engineering Change Instructions (ECI) and associated ramp-up/build-out activities.
• Identify opportunities to reduce overall cost and man-hours within the department and implement improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy of departmental output and implement solutions.
• Perform all duties in conformance with safety, security, and quality standards.
• Complete other reasonably related tasks as required by management.
