Production Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verify inventory amounts for mass production, service and new model, in accordance with customer/production demand and supplier/internal capacity.
• Obtain, organize and analyze data from multiple sources to provide forecast to the plant for resource planning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and monitor and react to demand changes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor and control supplier activities.
• Closely coordinate with appropriate personnel to develop and maintain relationships with the team.
• Cook up and process engineering change instructions (ECI), and associated ramp up / build out activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce overall cost and manhour needed within the department.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve accuracy of output from the department.
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety, security and quality standards.
• Perform all other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.
