Production Control Manager - West Salem

Qualifications

• Processes customer orders/releases and amendments to meet delivery dates.
• Manages finished goods and in-process inventory levels to meet internal goals.
• Safeguards scheduling system with accurate data (rates, yield, capacity) for efficient and level plant loading and manning and purchasing data.
• Maintains capacity plan (SG, Holmen and Sparta); at WS this is managed by an Industrial Engineer.
• Provides Manufacturing with schedules and accurate production documents/shop cards which minimize costs through effective utilization of labor, equipment, materials and capital.
• Manages customer and internal process changes.
• Manages Customer Balance Out when jobs or programs are obsolete.
• Provides reports to affected personnel as needed.
• Interfaces effectively with all levels of the organization and with external customers as needed.
• Ensures that Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
