About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Control Customer Fulfillment and Inventory Integrity Support professional to join our team in San Jose, United States. In this role, you will maintain accurate inventory records, support production control operations, and ensure seamless customer fulfillment processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and enhance the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and system reconciliations
  • Process customer fulfillment orders with precision, verifying order accuracy and coordinating shipment logistics
  • Communicate shipment details to customers
  • Analyze inventory data and production metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, documenting root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to production control, inventory transactions, and fulfillment activities
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely order fulfillment
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, production status, and fulfillment performance for management review
  • Support the implementation and optimization of inventory management systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all operational activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory management, production control, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems, MES and ERP software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and fulfillment processes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with some overtime and weekend coverage as needed.

Pay

The salary range for this role is based on several factors including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, internal and external equity, and business needs. The range provided applies to jobs performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remote roles in these states. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime pay and may qualify for shift differential pay. Eligibility for bonuses under the Short Term Incentive Plan (STI) or Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) depends on role and performance. Participation in the annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, including restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, is subject to plan terms and role eligibility.
